By using mSaathi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you of significant changes through the app.

mSaathi is a health information platform that:

• Provides general health information in Indian languages.
• Explains medicines, lab reports, and health topics in simple terms.
• Helps track your family's health data (vitals, conditions, medications).
• Provides information about government health schemes.
• Sends medication reminders.

• mSaathi does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• mSaathi is NOT a medical device under any regulatory framework.
• mSaathi does NOT replace a doctor, nurse, pharmacist, or any healthcare professional.
• mSaathi does NOT prescribe medications or treatment plans.
• mSaathi does NOT guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any health information provided.

• Health decisions: You are solely responsible for your health decisions. Do not make any medical decision based solely on information from mSaathi.
• Accuracy of information you provide: You are responsible for providing accurate health data (vitals, conditions, medications) for yourself and your family members.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials.
• Appropriate use: Use mSaathi only for health information purposes. Do not misuse the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• mSaathi and its developers shall not be liable for any health outcomes, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of information provided by the app.
• We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of any health information provided.
• We are not responsible for any actions taken or not taken based on the information provided by mSaathi.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

• mSaathi offers a free tier and a paid subscription (mSaathi Plus).
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's terms apply to payment transactions.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings → 3-dot menu → Delete All Data.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service.
• Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers.

The mSaathi app, its content, features, and functionality are owned by Indidino and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of mSaathi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of mSaathi after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
